Wood Paneling?!
Here is a great remodeled kitchen/dining room of a mid century modern home. I love the Marimekko art on the walls and the table and chairs in the dining room are FANTASTIC.
If this were my house I would still most likely paint the wood paneling white or get rid of it. But, I can honestly say I don't mind the wood paneling in this house too much. It somehow works in the overall design of the space. What do you think?!

Dandy Chandy Tuesday ~ Stream Suspension Light
First, I just wanted to say as you may have noticed Primed4Design has been on a little haitus. Work and life just always get in the way of having fun! Chrys and I noticed that our blog is getting over 400 hits a day even when we do not post which is just amazing!!! We have years of great content for the home for people to search that people are still finding via google, etc. We have just been on a little break, but are hoping to get back to posting as much as possible!
On to the gorgeous chandy above:
WOW! There are times when something may be WAY out of your price range, but it still never hurts to dream, right? I picture this chandelier over a huge, gorgeous natural wood dining table. This chandelier is an absolute work of art!
The Stream suspension light is hand made, in Florence and Sicily, by some of Italy's best artisans for metal and welding work; Stream's design exploits the physical characteristics of the materials used to envelope a room in a unique, immersive light. Over seven kilometers of metal chain appear to float down from the undulating nickel-plated frame. These cascading tiers project a streaking, yet tranquil, shadow throughout the space.

Stack it up
Using old wood crates never looked this good! Stack up a unique design to give you more storage in a room. I really love the use of white accents, bringing a clean sleek look against the rustic look of storage crates. A great re-purposed DIY project! Image and product from LBrandt Terraria Etsy shop.

Vintage Inspired
This vintage stool from Target has the look of an antique find but at the affordable price of $49.99. We love the distressed wood finish and old grains sack look for the cushioned top.

Sit in a Sette
World Market's Cute as a Button Loveseat, is true to its name. The style of the couch alone is nice, but when I saw that each tufted button is different...it quickly became the cutest settee I have ever wanted to sit in. AND its on sale right now - $100 off!

I'm Dreaming of White Wallpaper
While you may be dreaming of a white Christmas this holiday season - here in Miami Beach - I am dreaming of white wallpaper! I am moving this Friday to a new apartment and trying to come up with interesting/subtle ways to add some texture. These wall papers are fantastic, beautifully designed and some are even paintable! They are also a great way to cover up imperfect walls:
